Parent Meeting Dates for First Reconciliation and First Communion

Once a child reaches the age of reason, which is normally in Grade 2, and it is time for him/her to prepare for the sacrament of First Reconciliation (which must be celebrated before First Communion), the family approaches the parish for information and preparation.

Parent meetings will be held Friday September 16, 2011, at 7:00 pm, OR Saturday September 17, 2011, at 9:30 am (parents need only attend one of these meetings).  Information letters have been distributed to families through the seven Catholic elementary schools in the St. Patrick's catchment area, or are available in the parish office for those families whose children attend public, private, or other Catholic schools outside our area. Registration for the sacrament will take place immediately following the parent meeting.
