Alpha Marriage Course

Alpha is offering  "The Marriage Course" – a series of seven sessions designed to help married couples invest in their relationship. Whether you’ve been married six months or 40 years, The Marriage Course offers practical support to strengthen your relationship. The course helps couples to:

• Communicate more effectively

• Understand each other’s needs

• Resolve conflict

• Recognize how upbringing affects your relationship

• Develop greater sexual intimacy

The Marriage Course is run similarly to Alpha – video  and discussion; however, it will be on Zoom in the privacy of your own home. There are no group discussions, but opportunities for discussion with your spouse throughout the video.
