That Man Is You! (TMIY) is an interactive men's faith formation program that combines the latest insights from science with the teachings of the Catholic faith and the wisdom of the saints. Designed for men seeking to grow spiritually and become authentic leaders, this life-changing program addresses the challenges and pressures men face in today's culture while providing practical guidance for living a Christ-centered life.
Through dynamic presentations, small group discussions, fellowship, and prayer, participants will discover the vision of the man fully alive and learn how to lead themselves, their families, and their communities with faith and integrity.

- The four leadership roles of men and the essential traits of authentic leadership.
- How Christ models perfect leadership and calls men to follow Him.
- The spiritual challenges men face and practical strategies to overcome them.
